Terms and conditions

1. Employees of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Assam Oil Division (hereinafter “IOC AOD”) and their families, Dealers & Distributors, Employees of IOCL Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Advertising Agencies of IOCL, other Channel partners/Sponsors/ Service providers/Sponsors/Event managers, etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part in this campaign.
2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Offer commences on 8^th September 2020 and closes on 8^th November 2020 ("Offer Period"). Any entries received after this duration shall not be considered.
4. By entering into this offer, you agree that the information SMSed and the mobile numbers from which the SMS entry is received, shall be used by IOCL for the administration of the draw and sharing the same with the sponsors. IOCL or its authorized agents, as applicable, can also use the information/ mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or for communication of future promotions and other messages to the participants of this offer.
5. This offer is only open to Indian Citizens aged 18 years and above as on ^7th September 2020.
6. SMS Scheme:
1. Only those customers who purchase Rs 200 or above worth Petrol / SERVO for 2 Wheelers & Rs. 500 for 4 Wheelers, are eligible to participate in the lucky draw through SMS Tech platform if customer sends SMS.
2. This offer is applicable at selected IOCL Retail Outlets of Assam
3. A customer purchasing Petrol / SERVO  as per the eligibility spent - should SMS: IOCLA<Space>Pump Code<Space>Bill number to 8226068000.
4. Step No.2: Customer will get a reply saying that IOCL has received a SMS and a transaction id will be allotted to him. Customer receives the confirmation saying “Thank you for your participation. Please preserve your original bill to claim bumper prizes in the lucky draw”. If customer wins a gift, would get sms to claim the product at the RO.
5. Neither IOCL nor its dealers or its agency shall be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to send or receive SMS, due to any technical error or otherwise or towards the quality of the product being given as a free gift.
6. The rates, as applicable, shall be charged for the SMS being sent to take part in the offer as per the SMS package prevailing for the customer
7. A customer can buy fuel any number of times and can send SMS to participate, however only first 2 SMS of the day is accepted, rest all SMS will stand null and void.
8. The customer is required to preserve the original Bill of the purchase, based on which the customer has entered the offer for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her. Loss/mutilation of the original Bill shall disqualify the customer. No photocopies of Bills shall be accepted.
9. IOCL reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets.
10. On completion of the campaign or as per the weekly draws scheduled by IOCL, there will be lucky draw at the back end for participants for winning the below mentioned prizes.

2^nd Prize:  27 units of Bajaj CT 100 – 27 winners will be selected

Winner has to travel at their expense to claim the prize if they are declared as the winner. Insurance and registration and gift tax should be paid by the customer in order to avail the prize.

11. The winners will intimated through SMS on the date and time of distribution of prize/s. The winners have to produce the bill in original along with identify proof (PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving licence / Aadhar) and the Proof of ownership of mobile number within a week’s time and have to pay for Insurance, Registration and Gift taxes from the date of intimation at the designated place and time informed to the winners. After verification, The Prizes will be handed over to the winners in person during a formal prize distribution ceremony.
12. In case the customers are unable to produce any of the above mentioned documents or unavailable to contact within one week of intimation, the customer shall forfeit the prize. In this case, the next customer in the order chosen by the panel shall be considered for the prize. The selected Mobile Numbers will be contacted by our back-end operator for further processing.  In case the mobile number has been changed/ terminated/ blocked/ out of reach, etc. IOCL will not be held liable for not being able to communicate/ handover the prize to the concerned winner.
13. All statutory levies including Income tax, taxes, duties, octroi, etc., or other additional charges like the cost of transportation of the prize to winner’s residence, as applicable on the prizes shall have to be borne by the concerned prize winner.
14. No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which is entirely the discretion of IOCL.
15. Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of IOCL. Prize winners shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding, lodging, etc. at all times.
16. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/ redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer shall not be combined with any other IOCL Promotional or Discount Offer.
17. The decision of IOCL shall be final, binding and non-contestable. IOCL reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.
18. IOCL also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the offer have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.
19. IOCL and its partners/sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap, whatsoever, that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoyment of the prizes.
20. As a general rule no correspondence will be entered into. Correspondence, if any, will be solely at the discretion of IOCL.
21. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information shall result in disqualification from this promotion and from all/any future IOCL promotions. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation/information may also result in the initiation of civil or criminal proceedings against the party by IOCL and /or its partners.
22. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati
